Legal notice

It compares gambling operators and it is not one. It accepts no stakes, holds no player funds, deals no cards and runs no games. There is no account to open here and nothing to deposit into.

What it does is read documents that operators publish about themselves, record what those documents say, date the reading, and set the results side by side. The subject of the comparison, Roobet, was read on 2026-08-28 from its own footer legal line, its terms of service and its cashier. The forty-one alternatives were read between 2026-08-26 and 2026-08-28 from their own terms pages and from public licence registers.

Where a document does not state something, the site says so. An unread field is never rendered as a zero and never as a clean record. That rule is the reason several pages here read as though half the evidence is missing, and it is because half the evidence is missing.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, financial advice, or advice of any other regulated kind. Nobody writing it is qualified to give any of those, and none of it is written with a particular reader's circumstances in view.

Gambling law differs enormously between countries and often within them, it changes, and it is enforced against players in some places and only against operators in others. Working out what applies to you is a question for a qualified adviser in your own jurisdiction, not for a comparison site.

This is also why the site publishes no country-by-country legal guide and no restricted-country table of its own. The single piece of territory material anywhere on it is a quotation: clause 3.5 of Roobet's terms of service, which names twenty-five territories the operator says it does not serve. That quotation lives on the licence page, it is labelled as a term of Roobet's contract, and it is not an assertion about the law of any of those places.

Everything discussed here is for adults only, and eighteen is the floor everywhere on this site regardless of what a local minimum happens to be.

Gambling carries a real risk of losing money, and the products compared on this site are designed so that, over time, most players lose. No page here presents any operator as a way to make money, and no page describes a strategy for doing so. If your gambling has stopped being something you choose, stop reading comparison sites and contact a support service in your country.

The site carries one commercial placement. Outbound links to it pass through a redirect on this domain at /go/, which is excluded from search indexing in robots.txt because it is a hop rather than a destination. Where the placement appears it is labelled as commercial.

The ordering of operators on this site is computed by a scoring routine from the fields we hold, and the commercial relationship is not one of the inputs. That is enforced in the code rather than promised in prose: the routine takes an operator record and returns a score, and there is no partner field for it to read. The methodology page sets out every check and every weight.

What the money does change is which offer appears in the placement. What it does not change is a licence number, a clause reference, a coin list, a studio count or a register result. If a figure on this site is wrong, the fix is a corrected figure, not a rewritten sentence.

Every figure on this site comes from an operator's own published documents or from a public licence register, and every page carries the date its facts were last checked. Nothing is copied from another comparison site, because the whole argument here is that an operator's own paperwork is checkable, and borrowing somebody else's compiled table would defeat it.

Nothing on this site was tested with money. No deposit was made, no withdrawal was timed, no support desk was contacted, and no page claims otherwise. Where an operator's own copy conflicts with its own policy, both are recorded and the conflict is left visible rather than resolved in the operator's favour.

One limitation is worth stating in the legal notice rather than only in the pages it affects. On 2026-08-28 the Curacao Gaming Authority's certificate register returned no result for every domain queried against it, including brands whose Curacao licences are not in doubt. Roobet's licence number is therefore recorded as unresolved. Unresolved means unchecked. It does not mean invalid, and nothing on this site should be read as saying it does.

Operator names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify the operators being compared. Nothing on this site implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, any operator other than the disclosed commercial placement.

The site is published as it is, without warranty of any kind. Operators change their terms, their cashiers and their catalogues without notice, and a figure that was correct on the date printed beside it may be wrong the following week. The dates are printed so you can judge how much weight a figure still carries; where a decision matters, read the operator's current document rather than our record of it.
