Terms of use

The terms that govern reading and reusing this site: accuracy, dated figures, no advice, no warranty, and what these terms are not a contract about.

Written by /Last checked:

Editor — reads operator documents and records what they say

These terms govern the use of this website. They are not a contract with any gambling operator, and they change nothing about the terms of any account you hold elsewhere. What the site says about anyone's legal position is limited to the legal notice.

By reading the site you accept them. If you do not, the remedy is straightforward: stop reading it.

What you are reading

This site compares gambling operators and is not one. It takes no stakes, holds no player funds and runs no games. There is no account here, nothing to deposit and nothing to withdraw.

Its content is a compilation of figures read out of operators' own published documents and public licence registers, together with prose describing what those documents say and code that orders the results. Each page prints the date its facts were last checked.

Accuracy, and the limits of it

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. No representation is made that any figure on it is current, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

Operators change their terms, cashiers and catalogues without notice. A clause number that was correct on the date printed beside it can move in a revision the following week, a coin can be added or dropped from a cashier overnight, and a licence status can change between one reading and the next. The dates exist so you can judge how much weight a figure still carries, and where a decision matters you should read the operator's current document rather than our record of it.

Nothing on this site was tested with money. No deposit was made, no withdrawal was timed and no support desk was contacted, so nothing here is a report of how an operator behaves in practice.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and nothing on it is written with any particular reader's circumstances in view. Gambling law differs between countries and changes; whether any activity described here is lawful where you are is a question for a qualified adviser in your own jurisdiction.

Everything compared here is an eighteen-and-over product, and gambling carries a real risk of losing money. No page presents any operator as a way to make money, and none describes a method for doing so.

Using and reusing the content

The underlying facts are not ours and are not claimed as ours. A licence number belongs to a register, a clause number belongs to an operator's contract, and a coin list belongs to a cashier. Anyone is free to go and read the same documents and reach the same figures.

What is ours is the compilation: the selection of fields, the tables, the prose and the code that scores and orders the set. Reproducing substantial parts of that as your own work is not permitted. Quoting a figure with a link back to the page it came from is, and is welcome.

Automated bulk collection is not permitted, and neither is any use that interferes with the site's availability for other readers.

Availability and changes

No guarantee of uptime or continuity is given. Pages may be added, rewritten or withdrawn without notice, and a page that exists in one language may not exist in another: this site deliberately serves no machine-translated or untranslated page, so a language that has no prose for a topic has no page for it at all rather than a duplicate of the English one.

These terms may be revised. The date printed on this page is the date it was last checked, and the version you are reading is the version that applies.

This site publishes no company entity and no governing-law clause, and this page does not invent either. Where a dispute would be heard is therefore not settled here; what these terms do settle is what the site claims about itself, which is deliberately very little.

Questions people ask

Can I quote figures from this site?

Yes, with a link back to the page you took them from. The underlying facts belong to the operators and registers that published them; the compilation, prose and code are the site's own and should not be reproduced wholesale.

Are these terms a contract with any casino?

No. They govern the use of this website only. Any account you hold with an operator is governed entirely by that operator's own terms, which this site quotes but does not administer.
