Roobet alternatives for US players: what clause 3.5 actually says

One detail is preserved exactly as published. Roobet's terms spell the twenty-third entry United Kingdoms, with an s. That is the spelling in the document, so it is the spelling here, and anyone searching the clause for United Kingdom should be aware the string will not match.

Curaçao itself appears on the list, which is ordinary: an operator licensed in a jurisdiction commonly does not serve customers in it.

A clause of this kind is a contractual term. It sets out where the operator says it does not offer its service, and it sits alongside the other terms the same document imposes.

It is worth reading next to the verification clauses, because in Roobet's paperwork the two are connected. Clause 4.9 permits Roobet to request identity documents at any time, at its own discretion, and to restrict deposits and withdrawals until the identification process is complete. Clause 10.5 refuses withdrawals until identity is fully verified. Neither carries a figure, so there is no level below which the request does not arrive.

Cyprus appears at entry six on the restricted list, which is worth noting for a different reason: the footer names Raw Entertainment Ltd, a Cyprus company with registration number HE421735, as the paying and operational agent acting on behalf of the Curaçao licence holder Raw Entertainment B.V., number 157205. The company handling payments is registered in a territory the terms list as restricted. Both facts come from Roobet's own documents, and the site records them without drawing a conclusion from the pair.
