Cloudbet vs Roobet

Forty coins against eleven is a large difference, but the useful part of it is narrower than the headline. Most players deposit in one of five or six assets, and both lists cover those. Where Cloudbet's breadth genuinely helps is at the edges: a player holding PAXG, staked ETH, a stablecoin other than USDT or USDC, or one of the smaller tokens has somewhere to put it without converting first, and conversion is where value leaks.

Cloudbet's anti-money-laundering and KYC policy, referenced at clause 18.1.1, requires customers to provide reliable independent identity documents — an identity card or passport, a bank statement, a utility bill. It reserves the right to verify any customer it considers risky or suspicious, and to request updated documents at any time, including after a customer has already been verified. That last provision is worth weighing: it means completing verification once does not close the subject.

Roobet's clauses are shorter and no less broad. Clause 4.9 allows documents to be requested at any time and deposits and withdrawals to be restricted until identification is complete; clause 10.5 refuses withdrawals until identity is fully verified. Neither operator publishes a figure, so on the question of when this happens both are silent. Cloudbet is the more explicit about what will be asked for; Roobet is the shorter read.

Roobet's costs are published and Cloudbet's are not. Clause 9.7 applies 1% to all successful fiat deposits. Clause 10.8 applies 2% from the tenth fiat withdrawal in any rolling thirty-day period and to each one after it. Clause 10.1 requires a deposit to be wagered before it can be withdrawn. We have read no fee schedule for Cloudbet, so a reader cannot conclude it is cheaper — only that Roobet's numbers exist.

Neither publishes a maximum withdrawal, and neither publishes a studio list. Cloudbet's game supply has not been read, and Roobet's is not published; the sixty-four provider names our library holds for Roobet are our own record. Roobet does name its two companies, Raw Entertainment B.V. at reg. 157205 and Raw Entertainment Ltd at reg. HE421735 in Limassol, and we hold no equivalent for Cloudbet.
