Bitsler's terms open with something Roobet's do not contain: an account is created with an email address and minimal identification. Clause 4.3 then reserves the right to ask for proof of age or identity documents at any time, to verify registration details or to comply with anti-money-laundering legislation, and to suspend an account until satisfactory documents arrive. That combination — a light front door with a discretionary back stop — is stated plainly enough that a reader knows what they are agreeing to.
Roobet states only the back stop. Clause 4.9 permits documents to be requested at any time and deposits and withdrawals to be limited until identification is complete, and clause 10.5 refuses withdrawals until identity is fully verified. Nothing in Roobet's terms describes what registration itself requires, so the two documents are not symmetrical: Bitsler describes both ends of the process and Roobet describes one.
Registration and verification, clause against clause
The practical difference is in what a player can predict. Bitsler's clause 4.3 sets an expectation — minimal information to open, documents on request afterwards — while Roobet's clauses describe an obligation without a starting point. Neither attaches a figure to verification, so both leave the amount question unanswered, and it would be wrong to present Bitsler's lighter signup as a promise that documents will never be asked for.
Bitsler also names the reason it may ask: anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing legislation. Roobet's clauses name no legislation, only discretion. That is a difference in tone rather than in the power each operator reserves, but it is the kind of detail that tells you which document was written to be read.
Studios, coins and the licence trail

What neither one publishes
Both records are empty in the same place on withdrawal limits. Bitsler has no cap document read; Roobet publishes no maximum withdrawal in anything read. Neither absence tells a player that no limit will be applied — the field is missing, and a missing field is only a missing field.
Roobet is alone in publishing charges. Clause 9.7 applies 1% to all successful fiat deposits.
