Playbet.io vs Roobet

Playbet.io has one of the larger published studio rosters in this set and an active Curacao certificate, but a three-coin cashier is a serious limitation against Roobet's eleven.

Playbet.io is one of the 41 Roobet alternatives compared here, each on its own published records.

Playbet.io publishes a great deal about its games and almost nothing about its cashier. Seventy-nine studios are named on its own site, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, NoLimit, Play'n GO, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming and Relax Gaming. The coin list runs to three: BTC, SOL and ETH. Roobet's cashier carries all three of those plus USDT, USDC, SUI, BNB, XRP, TRX, LTC and DOGE.

For a player depositing in cryptocurrency, three coins is the constraint that decides most of this comparison. A player holding USDT — the most widely used deposit asset in this category — has nowhere to put it at Playbet.io on the evidence read, and does at Roobet.

Cashier width, the decisive field

It is unusual for a coin list this short to sit alongside a studio roster this long, and the mismatch is worth stating plainly rather than smoothing over. Whatever Playbet.io offers in games, the way a player gets money in and out is narrower than at almost every other brand in this comparison.

Roobet from its cashier and terms, read 2026-08-28. Playbet.io from our operator record, checked 2026-08-26.

Verification, and a clause about being unreachable

Clauses 13.4 and 13.8 of Playbet.io's terms allow identity documents — an identity card, utility bills and similar — to be requested before a withdrawal is processed, following standard KYC procedure, and allow additional verification for any withdrawal at the operator's discretion. There is a further provision worth knowing about: an account may be locked if the player cannot be reached within two weeks or fails to supply the required information.

Roobet's clauses 4.9 and 10.5 cover the same discretion — documents at any time, withdrawals refused until identity is fully verified — and contain no equivalent unreachability provision in anything read. Neither operator states a figure. The practical difference is that Playbet.io names the documents it may ask for and attaches a consequence to silence, while Roobet names neither.

Licence and costs

Playbet.io holds Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1214/0712, recorded as active with a certificate link into the authority's own register. That is a better reference than Roobet's OGL/2024/687/0427, which has no register link on our record and returned no result when queried on 2026-08-28 — although no domain queried that day returned one, so the non-result proves nothing.

Roobet is the only side with published charges. Clause 9.7 applies 1% to all successful fiat deposits; clause 10.8 applies 2% from the tenth fiat withdrawal in a rolling thirty-day period and to each one after; clause 10.1 requires a deposit to be wagered before withdrawal. No fee schedule and no withdrawal cap have been read for Playbet.io, and Roobet publishes no cap. Roobet also names its licence holder and Cyprus paying agent with registration numbers, where we hold no company detail for Playbet.io.

  • An account may be locked if the player is unreachable for two weeks.
